At Elite Fits, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility Criteria
We accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met:
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
The return request must be initiated within the eligible timeframe
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Timeframe
Customers must request a return within 5 days of receiving the product.
Return requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Refund Process and Timing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are completed within 15 days from the date of approval.
Please note that bank processing times may vary and are outside our control.
4. Exchange Options
Exchanges are available for size or replacement, subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must also be made within 5 days of delivery.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Share clear images or videos showing the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)
Innerwear or personal-use items (if applicable)
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
Items returned without original tags or packaging
7. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
In cases of approved defects or errors from our side, return shipping costs will be covered by Elite Fits.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
